How we handle your documents

Every connection to this site and its API is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) while your text or document travels between your device and our servers.

Drafts are handled by our automated pipeline. For reviewed and certified translations, only the reviewer or sworn translator assigned to your job can open the source text and draft translation — never other customers, and never the public.

Each document's internal quality-assurance record is kept sealed and used only for internal audit — it is never shown to reviewers, customers, or the public. Our overall review methodology, by contrast, we are committed to publishing openly.

The public verification page for a certified document shows its status, languages, and certification date. It never displays the document's text or contents — to the person verifying it, or anyone else.

We handle personal data under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022. If you would like your personal data deleted, write to us and we will act on your request.

The application runs on Cloudflare's network with a managed Postgres database. We do not operate our own data-centre hardware.
